This internship provides a 4 day intensive digest of required text Brealey-Myers-Allen: Principles of Corporate Finance (2005).

Corporate governance and the relationship of accounting to finance

Valuation of bonds and equities: relative (multiples) and intrinsic (PV of Cash Flows)

Understanding costs of debt and equity capital and impact on value

Debt, liquidity, derivatives, and dividend policies

Types and strategic uses of corporate securities and issuance procedures

Internship Schedule: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM Monday – Thursday
Proficiency Exam: Thursday 3:30 – 5:00
